8 February 2005: SBERBANK ADDITIONALLY PLACED EUROBONDS
Sberbank of Russia on December 7 additionaly placed 10-year subordinated bonds at the value of US$150 mln. with the annual interest rate of 6.23%, as UBS Investment Bank informed AK&M. UBS Investment Bank is a sole bookrunner and a lead-manager of the issue.

On February 4 Sberbank floated the main share of its issue to the extent of US$850 mln. The Eurobonds are issued to finance subordinated loan according to the rule S with the fixed rate of interest. The maturity of bonds is 10 years with a 5-year irrevocable period.
