Vneshtorgbank is going to launch the new issue of eurobonds, Deutsche Bank as one of the issue arrangers informed.The volume and rate are to be defined in two weeks. Dow Jones informed that the 10-year eurobonds worth $500mln are to be released. Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, HSBC and J.P.Morgan are the issue arrangers.
